One of the supplements I’m taking at the moment is called Zeolite, it’s great for detoxing. And I seem to have become a bit leaner since I started taking it.
What is it?
It’s a porous mineral. It’s formed when volcanic rock meets alkaline groundwater.
What is it good for?
It’s used in commercial water purification and water softening.
As a supplement it’s benefits are:
- removing toxins from the body
- removing metals from the body
- reduction of radioactive isotopes from the body
How does it work?
It’s cage-like structure traps metals and toxins. It also has a negative charge which attracts positively charged toxins and metals.
I’m not a doctor or expert so you’ll need to do your own research.
But I think this is fairly powerful stuff and so I’m limiting my “dosage” to 1 teaspoon, once a week, mixed into a pint of water. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot, but even with this I can feel the effects. And drinking what amounts to being clay feels a bit wrong.
Where can I buy it?
If you’ve tried this then I’d be interested to hear what you think. Please leave a comment below. Thanks
